Education and Experiences:
  • Candidate should have advanced education within secretarial duties.
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent written and spoken command of English.
  • Candidate should have related working-experience.
  • Preferably worked in the embassy.

Summary of key Functions:
  • Prepare and manage correspondence, handle incoming mail and other material,
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences and travel arrangements,
  • Maintain schedules, calendars, arrange and confirm appointments,
  • Organize internal and external events as requested,
  • Set up and maintain filing systems and databases,
  • Liaise with internal and external contacts in a professional manner,
  • Coordinate the flow of information both internally and externally
  • Not in active labor ties
