Education and Experiences:
- Candidate should have advanced education within secretarial duties.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office.
- Excellent written and spoken command of English.
- Candidate should have related working-experience.
- Preferably worked in the embassy.
Summary of key Functions:
- Prepare and manage correspondence, handle incoming mail and other material,
- Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences and travel arrangements,
- Maintain schedules, calendars, arrange and confirm appointments,
- Organize internal and external events as requested,
- Set up and maintain filing systems and databases,
- Liaise with internal and external contacts in a professional manner,
- Coordinate the flow of information both internally and externally
- Not in active labor ties
