General Manager - Based in Batam (Indonesia)

Responsibilities:

• Lead, direct and control the activities of a business unit of the organisation and achieves its short and long term financial and operating objectives as set by the overall corporate business plan
• Key accountabilities in: Business Development, Engineering Management, Safety/Quality/Productivity, Human Resource and Finanical.
• Direct and control the engineering and technical operations of the organisation in consultation with other managers and professionals to ensure that standard quality cost safety and performance are observed and that time schedules are met
• Plan engineering methods, policies and procedures
• Lead, guide, evaluate and develop a team of engineering managers with design engineering responsibilities to ensure that the organisation achieves it business objectives and complies with all relevant regulations and laws

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical / Chemical / Electrical Engineering 
• Relevant working experience of 10 to 15 years
• Experienced working in Singapore before are advantageous
• Possess drive and profound business acumen 

Basic Salary: Up to SGD11000 per month
Industry: Construction to Oil & Gas industries
Location: Batam - Indonesia

• Pendidikan minimal S1
• Pengalaman minimal 4 tahun di bidang kredit mikro dan 2 tahun di antaranya memiliki tugas dan tanggung jawab yang setara
• Tidak mempunyai keluarga inti (orangtua/kakak/adik kandung atau suami/istri) yang bekerja di Bank Mandiri
• Menguasai program Microsoft office



• Kualifikasi khusus :
• Minimal 2 tahun pengalaman kerja di level manajerial sebagai Officer Administrasi Kredit, Loan Officer atau Marketing Officer
